Ok,. so I haven't posted in over a week because I was avoiding any references to Teh Final Episode of Queer as Folk. But seriously...
I mean, I wasn't completely shocked that Brian and Justin decided not to get married, as it was incredibly OOC for Brian regardless of the bombing. And while the final scene with the two of them making love with earlier footage splaying over their bodies was hot...it was a bit whimsical for my tastes. In fact, the whole episode was more than a tad on the ridiculously romantic side to take a line from Cowlip. I dont know. I just expected more. I'm uber glad that Blake came back and hopefully (god, hopefully) Ted can finally find happiness...But seriously, I'm just not sure how I feel about this being the last episode. They almost could have ended it at 510 or just killed Michael off and been done with it. I'm sure I'll have more to offer once I've had a bit of sleep and seen it one or two more times but right now I am tired after a long day of beach bumming, driving, and QAF-ing. So I am off to bed to mourn the loss of a show that has greatly impacted my life, no matter how angry I've felt towards it at times...QAF, I will miss you...
